Summer is in full swing. It's a season that can lack structure — in all the best ways. Kids are home, the sun is out late, vacations are planned but dinners aren't. So when it comes to nutrition it needs to be easy!
One of our favorite summer hacks is to make a huge batch of smoothies, drink one that day, refrigerate a few others for grab and go that week, AND make at least one batch of popsicles that will keep all summer. These are a hit with grownups and kids alike. And if you're feeling festive, mix the 'white' layer (bananas + cauliflower) separately to create a July 4th themed treat.
