Pumpkin cold brew at home


Throw this gorgeous, delicious bowl together in less than 13 minutes. You'll have leftover quinoa for tomorrow or dinner. 


  • 1 scoop Telos Collagen Booster or Peptides
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c coconut cream
  • 3 tbs pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • Add: 2 tbs maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
  • Cold brew or chilled coffee
  • Optional: coffee ice cubes


  • Whisk coconut cream, pumpkin puree and spice, vanilla, Telos Collagen Booster, and sweetener together in a bowl
  • Add to frother or shake in a jar to create cold foam
  • Add ice and coffee to a cup
  • Top with the Pumpkin Collagen Cold Foam
  • Enjoy
